So as you all can see this is a rollar coaster...something my children will not be able to get on due to the fact that my company is cheaper then the grinch himself.

They asked each teacher in the beginning of the school year which trips we would like to go on during the summer so that they could book in advance and get confirmation numbers and have everything set up in advance yada yada yada.....sounds good, but yet again no trip to Great Adventures has gotten booked for my teenagers. So once again Ms S has disapponted the kids and they would rather run around the neighborhood terrorizing the locals instead of sitting in the classroom listening to what activities and art and craft things we could do for the day...lol


So me being the trouble maker I am know to be at the workplace (not really a bitch but pushy about things concerning my childre...I dont take no for an answer) I confront the HBIC and ask why we arent allowed to go the park..she tells me its because they didnt have money in the budget so I suggest that we cut out some of the educational things such as the museums and the trip to the bronx zoo..not for nothing but either there parents cn take them or they have been already with school or weve gone more than once to these same places. She simply looks at me and says she will think about it. So I begin my search for an even better adventure for me and my kids and this is the result SPLISH SPLASH!
Ok Im sure some people are like Great Adventure vs Splish Splash, but here is where my alter ego Tata steps onto the scene. I researched on the net the kinetics of water parks and its dynamics of water slides and wave pools...see where Im going with this...so I go back to the supervisors office and throw her my idea of us researching the different elements of water parks and then the possibility of us going to the park as well and guess what.....we will be going on the 26th of aug..Im I a genious or what. So once again Ms S has saved the day!



Porch Monkeys

So its another hot ass night in the bf's house and no the ac still hasnt gotten fixed so we are making due with the hawaiian breeze fan and the open window for now.


Anywho there are these 3 sisters that live next door from the bf's house in which I call "porch monkeys" due to the fact that they sit outside all day and times of the night gossiping about what goes on, on the block. So as normal I sit on the steps for a cool-off (cuz the ac is broken) and I hear them gossiping about the lady across the street, who we all know as the block whore. So once again she got caught with a man in the house while her boyfriend pulls up.....the classic jump out the window scenario. So as any normal person would do I turn on the supersonic ears and listen for the rest of the story and low and behold they all get up to go in the house for dinner...WTF???? So you know Im still sitting on the steps waiting for the rest of the story as i type this......


Do any of you have any good porch money stories?? Or know any porch monkies living next door to you?
